A: Yes—Grant Island is a private island on Brantingham Lake with multiple unique rentals. Each Cottage rental shares the Island with guests of our other cottages. Unless you book the entire Island. Max Capacity is 18 guests and Management will still be on the island to make sure you have the best experience possible.
When you arrive to our mainland parking area we will be there to pick you up in our pontoon boat and personally get you situated in your accommodations. From there we give you a short tutorial on your electric boat so you can travel back and forth at will. We are still always available if you need a ride on our pontoon boat.
A: Yes—hot tub access is available on the island for each cabin. The Main house has its own private Hot Tub and the guests in the other tiny cottages share the other Hot Tub.
A: Yes. Each cabin has its own dog size limitations so be sure to read the individual listing for details.
A: Yes. We do however request that you do not smoke inside.
A: Yes—We make sure to make sure you stay connected. Our Wifi Setup keeps you connected in all our cottages and on the Beach with download speeds in excess of 300mbps
