The Property

Welcome to the Stabbin Cabin on Grant Island, Brantingham Lake, NY

The Stabbin Cabin is a unique private bungalow on Grant Island with a hammock and chairs in front of the Cabin.  Outdoor Hot Tub is for you to relax anytime! So nice to warm you up after a cold dip in the lake

You will have your own private electric-powered boat for transportation and leisure.  Please see images of it in our listing.

Take it out to view all Brantingham Lake has to offer.  View our majestic sunsets and lake wildlife.

Fishing in Brantingham Lake is quite good.  See the Brantingham info section in the link below for more information on Brantingham in General.

A private bathroom, mini-fridge, and Wifi are all at your disposal as well as TV with Roku and Netflix.   An Alexa is in the room and at your beck and call.
Play music, get the weather, have questions?  She’s there to help if you need it.

You will have access to Grant Island amenities like a diving board, hammocks, docks, rowboats, canoes. and more

The Parking area is about a 5-minute boat ride from the Island.

When you arrive we pick you up from the mainland parking area and give you a quick tour of everything and to answer any questions you might have.   We will make sure you are comfortable and have all the information you’ll need for a great stay.

We also run Boat, Jetski and ATV rentals so if you’re looking for a little more adventure.  We’ve got it for you.

We allow one small dog per reservation with a 20lbs weight limit. There is an additional $50 pet fee. Please let us know before your arrive if you are bringing a pet and we can coordinate details with you from there. All guests are required to sign a personal and pet liability waiver before arriving. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask us about it.
