About this space

TP Private Bungalow #1 is perfect for the lone surfer or couples looking for a romantic getaway.   This room has a double bed that will come fully made with bedding and pillow.  The bungalow has an electric outlet so you can keep all your devices charged up.

We are two blocks from Playa Jiquelite and walking distance to some of the best breaks in Nicaragua.  The surf spot on Jiquelite is about a 5 minute walk from us.

There is wireless wifi available.

The common area includes a beautiful Pool with a float island and lawn chairs to relax beside the pool.  We have an outdoor shower next to the pool.

We rent surfboards as well as motorcycles right on site.   Motorcycles are the ideal way to get around Popoyo and be able to hop from beach to beach.

Guest access

We have packages to organize surf lessons, boat trips to travel to the best local beaches quickly and easily, fishing trips, horseback riding, taxi’s and more.

We will make sure that you are able to make the most out of your trip to Popoyo.

We have a restaurant / bar on the property so you won’t need to leave the property to order your favorite meals.   We make a great Paella!

Order drinks to your hearts content.   We have a fully stocked bar with Beer, Wine and Alchoholic beverages so we can make some of your favorite tropical drinks.

Breakfast and free parking is included with your stay!
