The rates for Rosi’s place is a base price of $25 per night for one person and $15 additional for each extra person up to a 5. The entire house for 5 guests the rate will be $70. Make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking.

Less than a mile down the road ( walking distance ) is Playa Maderas with one of the more popular surf spots in Nicaragua
Close by there are several little local bodegas for buying food and drink. You will be very close to San Juan Del Sur where there are more established restaurants and grocery stores.
This is a great location to be close enough to civilization and far enough away to enjoy nature.
