Playa Poneloya is one of the more modern beaches in Nicaragua and is close to the city of Leon. There are several breaks within walking distance of this beach house. Just grab your board and hop on the beach in front of the property.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Guest house/casita right on the beach! Walk right out front for access to the water and beach from the front yard. Share the hammocks, small pool and front gate with the main house if it’s occupied. If not you will have the whole front yard to yourself. This is a “studio” style casita with open bedroom/1 bath, 1 full size (matrimonial) bed and 1 single bed, furniture and kitchenette. Relax in the front yard hammocks or small pool while viewing the waves and listening to the sounds of the ocean, pure paradise!
Domestic help will set up before you arrive and clean daily. All guests will be charged an additional $5 per day for cleaning and a one-time $10 set up fee that will be needed to be paid in CASH ONLY . This must be paid in full at check-in, this is not optional, or negotiable.
