This Property

This beautiful house sits right on the beach in the village of Playa San Diego. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood just an hour away from Managua and many tourist attractions. Our beach is well known for its world-class waves. In our front yard is one of the best waves in Nicaragua. This house is great for travelers with kids or surfers just looking for some fun and a relaxing time on the beach.

The space

This beautiful beachfront house has two floors, upstairs has three private bedrooms with a full bathroom and balcony with a spectacular view of the surf. Downstairs is an equipped kitchen with all basic necessities, a barbecue area,a full bathroom, and plenty of space to hang hammocks to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the amazing sunsets. Guest access

Access to surf one of the most famous waves in Nicaragua (a world-class left point break).Plus many other breaks right in front of the house. Just minutes up the beach is Ausuchillo beach break. Horseback Riding, Tidal Pools, Fishing, and the San Diego River mouth

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

bring your groceries.  (drinks and food) But we do have a restaurant right next door for you. So if you don’t feel like carrying food and supplies we will have everything ready for you at our restaurant.
