Wooden, cozy, beach front house perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a trip with friends. Accommodates up to 6 people.

Two-story high wooden house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There´s a balcony on the second floor, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the main bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, A/C in every room, hammocks and chairs so you can hang out on the terrace.

The whole house including the exterior dining area, beach and Tecolapa River.

Tecolapa is located one and a half hours away from the capital city of Managua, where the international airport is located. Transport via taxi is readily available. We suggest you rent a 4×4 vehicle.

Since the house is located on a virgin beach surrounded by nature, you might encounter turtles, crabs, bats, lizards, etc. Don´t worry they´re friendly.
