  THE ACCOMMODATIONS

This beachfront Spanish style 600 sq mt (7,000 sq. ft) home in an acre land with 150 ft beachfront is the largest property in Pochomil Viejo, a 1.5 km long private beach. 2 story home with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms.

The base price is for 14 guests and 100 kWH of electricity per day. The home can fit a group as large as 30 people.   Note that each additional guest is $10 additional per night. Unannounced guests are billed at $50 per night.   Additional kWH is $0.90

The space

This beachfront Spanish style 600 sq. mt. (7,000 sq. ft) home in an acre land with 150 ft beach front is the largest property in Pochomil Viejo, a 1.5 km long and 50 mt wide private beach.

2 story home with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have a view to the beach.

Large pool with whirlpool, driveway into the beach, 2 large porch with hammocks. Endless beach with only private homes. Within 5 kms of town. Ping Pong table, large bar with barbecue grill.

Take a jog on the beach, go to the natural ocean waterfalls, drive a quad motorcycle on a deserted beach, buy fresh fish from the local fisherman’s market, cool down at the pool, grill on the BBQ, play ping pong, soccer or cards with the kids, watch turtles lay eggs.

All in a family environment with great warm weather all year around. Nearby restaurants, bars, tours and more.

For groups larger than 16 or parties, previous notification is required, additional fees may apply.

Guest access

Guest will have full access to the house, beach, pool, kitchen.   If the guest is renting less than 5 bedrooms, the unoccupied bedrooms will be locked and the guest will have private access to all other areas, the house will not be shared with other guests.
