This Property

This house sits right on the beach in the village of Playa San Diego. A safe and quiet neighborhood just one hour from Managua and many tourist attractions. Our beach is known for its world-class waves. In front of the house lies one of the best waves in Nicaragua. This house is great for travelers with kids or surfers just looking for some fun and a relaxing time on the beach.

The space

Our house sits on the pristine virgin beach of Playa San Diego with some of the best views of the ocean. This two-story cabin is fully equipped with all the basic necessities. The top floor has four full beds, a full bathroom & a day bed on the balcony. Downstairs is the kitchen & private room with full bath. The house has screen windows and doors. Guest access

Access to one of the most famous waves in Nicaragua (a world-class left point break).Plus many other surf spots within walking distance (asuchillo) Horseback riding, tidal pools, fishing, San Diego River mouth.

The host will meet and greet you there, get you settled in and answer any questions you might have. After that our full time caretakers will be on call to help in any way they can.

Treat our house as if it is yours. Please conserve water and electricity. We are glad to share our house with you, please respect our belongings and leave things as they were. ( kitchen utensils, linens, hammocks, etc )
