The home can sleep 4. Both rooms come with a queen size bed and A/C units. Great water pressure – hard to come by in Nicaragua!
There are 3 sets of french doors that open up creating an indoor/outdoor living space looking right onto the beach. Rain or shine this is the perfect beach side home.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven/stove, water dispenser and purifier in taps.
There is an outdoor, wood burning grill that is shared with one other house.
The house is fully furnished including dining table and chairs, hammocks, patio furniture and rocking chairs.

Guests have access to the whole home. There is large grounds with 24 hours caretakers walking the property. There are a handful of neighbouring colourful vacation homes nearby.

Additional amenities:

– Please contact us if you will be driving in so we can give you accurate directions as there is no real address to the home. You will need a 4×4 most of the year. We ask that you arrive in the mid afternoon to avoid getting lost after dark. We are fairly remote and there is no real road once you turn off the main drag.

– Grocery Service; we work with a local supplier and can offer you a week worth of fresh produce. This happens Mondays. Please inquire about this service.

-Food:  There are a handful of fritangas and a pizzeria on the weekend. Please ask about hours and delivery service.

-In house massages are available. Contact Rachel about availability during your stay.
