Only 1 hour from Managua and 30 Minutes from Leon. All roads are paved with easy access to the property!

This is a full two-story casita with a loft which is located at the back of our beachfront property which is right behind our main house on the property.   There is plenty of space out front to relax and there are steps going up and down from the cliff’s edge which is great for watching the surf.   We are located directly in front of the wave shacks and view of all the waves in Miramar.

You will have access to the casita and bathroom of the casita, the Patio in front of the Casita and also a patio that overlooks the ocean. You will also have access to the Pool that is located just two properties over in our hotel that is also beachfront.

Note: The bathroom is a detached unit and is located just a few feet from the Front Door of this Casita.  The bathroom is modern and equipped with all amenities and hot water.
