Playa Poneloya is one of the more modern beaches in Nicaragua and is close to the city of Leon. There are several breaks within walking distance of this beach house. Just grab your board and hop on the beach in front of the property.
THE ACCOMMODATIONSDomestic help will set up before you arrive and clean daily. All guests will be charged an additional $15 per day for cleaning and a one-time $10 setup fee that will be needed to be paid in CASH ONLY . This must be paid in full at check-in, this is not optional, or negotiable.
