Lovely Home on Private Lake – Sleeps 6

Charming lakefront cottage located in the foothills of the Adirondacks.
Crystal clear, spring fed water which is always the perfect temperature for swimming. Floating dock with a diving board and a sandy beach. Boat house with paddle boat, kayaks, canoe, rowboat and water toys.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 – double bed/futon, 2- double bed & double bed (futon), 3rd – double bed and single bed. Living room has a couch/futon and there is a sleeping, screened-in porch. 1 bathroom. Indoor and outdoor fireplace and a fire pit down by the lake for S’mores and evening campfires. Grill and plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out. High speed wireless internet. TV (no reception or cable) but a DVD player and lots of movies. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and blender. No washer/dryer. Laundromat in town.
Cottage is on a private lake in the town of Boonville, NY. Other lakes near by for water skiing or motorized boat fun. 35 miles to Old Forge which has mini-golf, water park, movie theater. Cute, touristy town in the Adirondack park. Hiking, golf, tennis all nearby.

Linens and towels are not provided. House water is lake water which is clean and suitable fro bathing & cooking. You will need to bring or buy bottled water for drinking. Trash and recyclables must be brought to the dump and after your stay.
