 THE ACCOMMODATIONS

You will find “Loon Call Cottage” at the very end of Cottage Road on Brantingham Lake. This lake front cottage is in what the locals call “Turtle Bay” a quiet bay on Brantingham Lake. This bay offers some of the best fishing on the lake, calm water for kayaking but direct access to the lake for boating & water sports. A single & a double person kayak is available for your use. Swimming is possible off the dock, but you’ll find a soft bottom.

This cozy cottage is ideal for a couples get away or family vacation on the lake. The cottage offers modern updates, large deck overlooking “Turtle Bay” with docking for your boat. The cottage offers one private bedroom on ground level & bunkhouse sleeping for up to six guests upstairs.  The single bathroom has just been updated. You’ll find this cottage with modern comforts, clean and well maintained.  Multiple TV’s and high-speed internet are included for those evenings or rain days, or just sit around the wood fire pit and listen for the loon calling.

Things you will & will not find upon your arrival:

You will find a clean cottage ready for your respectful use plus plenty of parking. New appliances include two refrigerators, washer – dryer & gas grill. The deck will have a few comfy chairs, and the fire pit has four Adirondack chairs; the dining room table has a setting for 6 but the bar also seats 5. You’ll find the kitchen has all the necessary utensils & some assortment of dry goods. We request that if you use the last of something, please replace it. This cottage does have some A/C & fans available for those hot nights, please don’t try to cool the outdoors.

You won’t find: No bedding or towels will be provided; you’ll need to bring your own. If you need to do some laundry, bring some detergent. If more outdoor setting is required, please bring some bag chairs for the deck or around the fire.

This cottage is available all year around.  So if you are looking to book in the Fall, Winter or Spring please note that there is heat.
