About this Property

Grant Island Cottage is your next upstate NY, Adirondack getaway.   This rustic 4-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental house is located nicely in the middle of Brantingham Lake, in Upstate NY.   Situated on Grant Island this spacious 1,500-square-foot home features a front porch, an open-concept living room, and comfortably sleeps 8.

Included with your rental is a pontoon boat that will accommodate your whole group.   You will have this as your personal boat to go back and forth to and from the mainland parking area as well as to use for recreation during your vacation.

The Island

Grant Island cottage has an outdoor Hot tub that fits up to 6.   Amazing on those cool summer evenings.

Take the 2-person canoe or rowboat and paddle around Brantingham Lakes’ beautiful scenery. Included in your rental is our full-size pontoon boat so that you can get yourself and your family to and from the mainland.

Grant Island also runs boat, jetski and ATV rentals.  So if you’re looking for more adventure no need to look any further.   As a Grant Island guest, you will enjoy 40% discounts on all vehicle rentals.    You can see their selection at GRANT ISLAND RENTALS 

Relax in the evenings with a 38in flat-screen TV, Roku with Netflix, and other streaming channels.

The wifi is strong and stable.   Also available is a hardline for anyone not getting a great signal for whatever reason and needing to stay connected for work.

Get your game on with vintage Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo game consoles that have EVERY single game ever made, respectively.
Time to relive your former gaming years!

You will have half of the island all to yourselves.
Management lives on the other side of the island and is there for you at all times to answer any questions you may have or assist you in any way.

BOOKING DETAILS:

Check-in as anytime after 1 pm and Check out is 10 am.

For 2025 Dates we only do week rentals in the summer weeks from June 21st till September 13th 2025.   If you want to reserve for 2024 please only reserve dates from Saturday till Saturday.

For any dates before or after these seasonal dates we will do shorter stays with a 2-night minimum.

Are you looking to go Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, or Tubing? We offer a service to take you out on our boat and take you for a ride on whatever you like. We supply everything. The skis, wakeboard, tube and life vests.

Other things to note
All guests are required to sign a personal and pet liability waiver before arriving to Grant Island. The hosts will not be held responsible for the decisions, risks and well-being of guests who visit the property.

BOOKING DETAILS

We have a $500 security and damage deposit that is due upon booking.  This deposit, pending there are no added fees or damages during your stay, will be returned within 48 hours of your departure.  So expect this fee to be added to your reservation and know it is refundable.
