This year-round lake house is located on Kayuta Lake at the foothills of the Adirondacks Mountains. This home is on 1.5 acres surrounded by dense woods, excluding the lake view which can be enjoyed around the fire pit. Gather with family and friends to create memories. This is not your average camp! During the winter months, enjoy access to ice fishing, skiing, snowshoeing to then return to this cozy lake house. This is a snowmobilers paradise. The trail is directly off of the private driveway.

The back of the house has a wrap-around deck that seats 12+ for dinner and a lawn perfect for lawn games! During the winter, there is direct access to the snowmobile trails that run throughout Old Forge and Tug Hill.

Located 24 miles north of I-90 from exit 31 (Utica). 28 miles from Old Forge and 34 miles from Turning Stone Casino. Weekly rates available.
