ABOUT THIS PROPERTY

Enjoy this perfectly situated 2 bedroom cottage on the shores of Brantingham Lake. Sleeps up to 8 guests so perfect for the family or a group of friends.
This property is located in just about the perfect part of the lake to get the perfect sunset every evening.   Not many properties on Brantingham lake can boast this amazing view

Bring your water vehicles or boat as we have a boat slip waiting for you.
Washer and Dryer included which is perfect for those long summer week vacations.

BOOKING DETAILS:

Summer rentals begin Memorial Day weekend.   ( SUMMER – May 30th to October 10th )
We have a one-week minimum in the summer months.
Check-in/out dates are on Friday’s

The weekly rates in the summer are $1500 per week.   Great deal for such an amazing location.  Book now before all weeks are booked this summer!

We just added this listing so weeks won’t last.

Before Memorial Day and After Labor day we can do 3-night minimum stays.

NOTE:

We shut down our cottage section of the camp starting on Columbus Day weekend ( October 10th 2022 ) and Open it back up again on Memorial Day ( May 30th 2022).
This means that only the Main Part of the cottage along with the Main Bedroom is available on these dates.  So it only sleeps 2.
In the winter this is a great spot for couples to go snowmobiling.

Trail Access is close and Brantingham has some amazing trail systems.

Bedroom 1 (main floor) – Queen bed – Bed comes made with all Bedding
Bedroom 2 ( loft ) \ Split by a partition wall
1 double bed
4 twin beds
( loft beds do not come made – Bring your own bedding for these beds. )
